Our academy integrates faith into learning, pausing programs during prayer times, referencing Qur’anic verses or Hadith to support discussions, and recognizing Ramadan and Eid in our schedules, fostering an environment that respects both academic excellence and spiritual well-being.

XIA Academy is an initiative of Logan’s Eagle Corporation (LEPROC). Therefore, you may encounter some communications with LEPROC’s resources directly.

In addition to LEPROC, XIA Academy will continuously look for and be in relationships with other organizations and individuals to bring the best knowledge and experience from various industries to our students.

XIAA Academy offers full refunds within 30 days of purchase, but due to the structured nature of our programs, cancellations within 30 days before the start date may impact administrative efforts and program sustainability. Some programs include customized tools, licenses, or gifts that cannot be transferred to other students, limiting refund eligibility. However, we will consider transferring the student’s spot to another applicant in queue to provide a partial refund whenever possible.

XIAA Academy operates with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate students with existing school or work commitments. We also ensure break periods for staff and affiliates while maintaining adaptability. Specific program schedules will be published individually to best serve student needs.

At XIAA Academy, we prioritize data security and privacy in all interactions. While the website may provide information and direct communication for students, parents or guardians are required to sign and assume responsibility for students under 18.

Additionally, we take a minimalist approach to data collection, requesting only essential or generic information to avoid any potential security risks. All student details are handled with strict confidentiality and will only be shared with LEPROC, the parent company and main operator of XIAA Academy, unless otherwise specified in program registration, as some programs may be delivered by partner organizations.

Furthermore, event photos may be shared with parents and publicly to promote engagement and encourage more students to join. If parents or guardians strictly request that their child not be included in shared images, we will accommodate this while ensuring students are informed so they don’t feel excluded from group activities.
