– Personal budgeting: income, expenses, saving, and goals

– Business budgeting: revenue, profit, OPEX vs. CAPEX

– How to observe financial decision-making — key questions and clues

Hour 2: Real-World Application

– Guided walk-through of a sample personal budget and a mock business scenario

– Interactive peer discussion and Q&A — ask what you really want to know

– Final group debrief: reflect, share takeaways, and explore future financial goals
