1. Program Philosophy & Learning Environment

XIA Academy—under the guardianship of Logan’s Eagle Corporation (LEPROC)—is committed to cultivating leadership, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking in young people and adult participants alike. Programs are dynamic and immersive, and may include the use of digital tools, exposure to professional platforms, and real-world simulations designed to spark growth and confidence.

This environment is collaborative and adaptive. While many participants are minors, the Academy is designed to serve all age groups, and terms outlined here apply to both general participants and—when applicable—minors under the supervision of their legal guardians.

2. Eligibility

  • Minors (Under 18): Must be registered by a parent, grandparent, or legal guardian who accepts full responsibility for compliance with all youth-related clauses.
  • Adults (18+): May self-register and are bound by general participant terms.

3. Guardianship Responsibilities for Minors

  • Ensure participants are picked up on time after sessions. Delays may result in extra charges.
  • Clearly communicate any medical conditions or allergies prior to attendance.
  • Remain reachable during sessions to address emergencies or concerns.
  • Understand that programs are interactive and may include group work, soft physical movement, and public speaking activities.

4. Grouping & Team Activities

XIA Academy recognizes the importance of cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse values among its participants and their families.

  • While sessions may include participants of various genders, team-based activities and collaborative exercises will be organized within same-gender groups whenever possible.
  • This practice helps create a comfortable environment for all participants and fosters trust, focus, and openness in group settings.
  • Exceptions may apply for certain activities where grouping by skill level or project interest is deemed more appropriate, though efforts will be made to align with participant preferences and family expectations.

5. Behavioral Expectations & Dismissal Clause

XIA Academy fosters respectful and inclusive participation. Anyone who disrupts this environment or significantly affects the learning of others may be removed from the program without refund.

Dismissal is typically due to:

  • Repeated behavioral concerns
  • Harmful or disrespectful conduct
  • Unsafe or defiant actions

All decisions regarding removal are at the discretion of the Academy leadership.

6. Liability

XIA Academy and LEPROC do not take responsibility for injuries, allergic reactions, or behavioral outcomes during sessions.

  • Guardians who wish to arrange personal insurance for their children may do so at their own discretion.
  • While the curriculum is designed to be safe and developmentally appropriate, it may include light physical movement, team-building exercises, and role-playing scenarios.

7. Newsletter Subscription Consent

By registering for any XIA Academy event, you agree to be automatically subscribed to our newsletter. This subscription provides updates on upcoming events, news, and exclusive content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.

8. Food Policy

Food is rarely requested by the Academy. However:

  • If food is requested or brought voluntarily, participants must follow all guidelines:
    • No food sharing
    • Food must be nut-free and free of known allergens
    • Guardians must disclose allergy info in advance and educate minors on safe consumption
  • These conditions apply whether food is brought by a participant or requested by the Academy for extended sessions.

9. Technology Use

Digital tools and platforms may be incorporated into the educational experience when deemed beneficial.

Potential exposure includes:

  • Devices such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones
  • Business and communication platforms
  • Social media tools like Instagram and LinkedIn, used for branding, presentation skills, and leadership development

While technology is not always essential, it can become essential depending on program structure. Guardians with concerns should connect with staff prior to registration.

10. Media & Photography Consent

Photography or videography may be used to document and promote program activities.

  • By participating, you consent to the Academy using media on websites, social platforms, and promotional materials.
  • Guardians who prefer not to have their child photographed must notify the Academy in writing before the session.

11. External Instructors & Guest Speakers

Guest speakers may lead activities or sessions and engage directly with minors.

  • Basic vetting will be conducted using informal interviews and behavioral screening.
  • LEPROC and XIA Academy are not responsible for the personal views or conduct of external speakers.
  • Misconduct must be reported to Academy staff immediately.

12. Data Access & Privacy

  • LEPROC staff may access participant data strictly for Academy-related operations, including bookings, communication, and logistics.
  • No data will be shared externally without written permission.

13. Refund and Transfer Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once registration is confirmed.
  • Transfers may be granted to eligible participants with prior approval and written notice.

14. Emergency Response

If an emergency, accident, or urgent issue arises during a session:

  • XIA Academy staff will contact the registered guardian using the emergency contact information provided
  • Response actions will be based on the details described in these Terms and Conditions, which act as the sole guidance for all contingencies
  • The guardian is responsible for any medical or logistical follow-up that may be required
